Tracy Taylor, a native of Chicago, moved to Park City in 1982 and began working for Deer Valley Ski Resort, which initiated long lasting relationships. Tracy was also on the Deer Crest sales team, at Deer Valley, and is knowledgeable in all developments and properties at the resort. She has also specialized in residential sales for over 23 years, including ranches and condos in the Park City area. Tracy is also knowledgeable in the Heber / Kamas Valley areas which are only 15 minutes from Park City and have a more rural setting. Whether it be horse property, homes or condos, the Heber and Kamas Valleys offer a more affordable alternative and quieter lifestyle.

Tracy’s attention to detail, honesty, integrity, extensive negotiation skills and work ethic will ensure that you are well represented whether you are a seller, or buyer. She has not succeeded unless she assisted her clients in accomplishing their life goals.

As an avid golfer, Tracy has in-depth knowledge of area golf developments such as Glenwild, Tuhaye, Promontory, Red Ledges, and Victory Ranch as well as the 5 public golf courses in the Midway area of the Heber Valley.
Tracy is currently serving on the Wasatch Open Lands Board to advise the Wasatch County Council on potential lands for preservation. She has devoted her free time to being a Park City Real Estate Board legislative committee member, Wasatch Taxpayers Association board member, a PTA Legislative Representative, as well as a Charter Member of the Kiwanis Club which devotes its efforts to local children’s needs.
